Name, contact information and other identifiers:

Visitors to our websites: we may collect the first name, last name, title, company, phone number, location, email address, subject of the request and message given for the purpose of the management of the relationship with clients and the administration of the website.
 

Clients’ representatives, officers, agents and employees, business partners, providers, parties to a contract: we may collect the name, professional address, title, email and other professional contact details, for contract administration purposes, to activate and maintain client accounts, to fulfill requests or respond to inquiries about AMP Mortgage products or services and to provide offers and information (as permitted by law) about products, services, or events offered by AMP Mortgage or that AMP Mortgage thinks may be of interest. AMP Mortgage may also use professional contact details of its clients’ employees for the purpose of sending surveys, questionnaires or for the purpose of organizing contests.

For some unique services, AMP Mortgage hosts and maintains its own proprietary software platforms (“Platforms”). These Platforms allow AMP Mortgage to offer enhanced services and specialized products to our customers. In some cases these software platforms may require the submission of Personal Data by customers. In cases where our data collection is materially different than described in this Privacy Policy, and may be subject to local data privacy laws, we will provide additional information regarding such data collection on the applicable Platforms.

 

Affiliates and Authorized Third-Party Agents
 

All AMP Mortgage websites, products, and services are provided in cooperation with AMP Mortgage, located in the U.S. Any Personal Data may be shared between AMP Mortgage or other entities controlled by or under common control with AMP Mortgage, located in the U.S., for the purposes of the centralization of AMP Mortgage’s General Corporate Services, including: administrative services, contract management, Client Relationship Management (CRM), IT-maintenance and security, data privacy (management of data subjects’ request) and marketing services (cookie management, inquiry tracking via AMP Mortgage’s website form, communication regarding AMP Mortgage’s products, services, or events).
 

AMP Mortgage also may share Personal Data with authorized third-party agents or contractors that perform services for AMP Mortgage. If AMP Mortgage shares Personal Data with a third party, AMP Mortgage requires that those third parties agree to process Personal Data based on AMP Mortgage’s instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

Any transfers of Personal Data are subject to appropriate safeguards that are compliant with jurisdiction-specific privacy laws.

Security
 

AMP Mortgage stores Personal Data on a secure server that is password protected and shielded from unauthorized access by a firewall. AMP Mortgage has in place security policies that are intended to ensure the security and integrity of all Personal Data. AMP Mortgage has appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing of Personal Data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, Personal Data held or processed by AMP Mortgage. If AMP Mortgage forwards Personal Data to any third party, AMP Mortgage requires that those third parties have appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to comply with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

 

Data Retention
 

AMP Mortgage retains Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or not prohibited by law. Children

AMP Mortgage’s websites, products, and services are not directed to children, and AMP Mortgage does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

  • Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;

  • Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;

  • Comply with an existing legal or contractual obligation; or

  • Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.

  • Suggest that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

Please note that we may charge a different price or rate or provide a different level or quality of goods and/or services to you if that difference is reasonably related to the value provided to you by your personal information.

Submitting Requests
 

Requests to Know, Correct and Delete* may be submitted by emailing  info@amp.mortgage Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative thereof; and

  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify your identity or authority to make the request.

The above applies regardless of whether a request is submitted by you on your own behalf, by an authorized representative on your behalf, or by you on behalf of your minor child.

Response Timing and Format
 

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
